Would happily go through onboarding again
Going through the training and onboarding with WorkFromHomeIndia was honestly easier than I thought it would be. I found the training materials really well organized, so whenever I needed to troubleshoot a part of the software or figure out how to use the dialer, it was right there. The onboarding flow didn’t feel overwhelming because the platform guided me through each step in a clear sequence. I especially appreciated how quickly I could locate resources specific to the database feature and the calling tools without needing to reach out for help every time. Given this, I would definitely do the entire onboarding again if needed, because it balanced simplicity with thoroughness nicely. It made starting out a lot less stressful than I'd feared.
