Would go through training again, labels mostly made sense
I completed the initial training and onboarding through WFHI and found the wording and labels on the software fairly clear and well thought out. The interface menus and calls to action usually made sense without requiring me to consult additional materials. Occasionally, a few terms seemed a bit technical or abstract at first, but after using the calling tools and the dialer for a few days, they became easier to understand in context. The onboarding flow was structured logically so that each step built on the last, which helped me gradually familiarize myself with the database feature and the automatic updates. I appreciated that the training explained not just how things worked but also why, which made the process smoother. Overall, I believe I would undergo the training again if I had to, since it laid the foundation well and did not leave me feeling lost. The invoicing and sign-up process was straightforward and did not detract from the onboarding experience. Telephonic support was rarely needed, but when I used it, the communication was clear and professional.
