The onboarding sessions covered the basics, but many details about the calling tools and database management were something I discovered through trial and error. The training did a decent job setting the foundation, and the online modules were straightforward enough to follow. If I had the chance, I would still do the training again to speed up the process and avoid some initial confusion. The support was useful when I reached out, but relying on my own experimentation was a big part of learning to use the software efficiently. Overall, yes, I'd repeat the training for a better start.
