Would do it all again, honestly
I’ve done this onboarding now for a couple of weeks and honestly, the training holds up well day to day. At first, I was skeptical about how much I could handle without direct help, but now I see it’s designed for the long haul, not just the first login. The software updates roll in automatically which means I don’t spend hours troubleshooting or installing patches. The calling tools have been stable, so I haven’t lost work time waiting on glitches. Using the database feature every day also feels natural now; the labels and flow make sense after a while. Invoice generation and payments are straightforward too, so no complaints there. Telephonic support is still available, but I’m getting more confident handling the queries myself. Basically, if I had to jump back through the whole setup and training, I’d do it the same way without hesitation—just wish I’d known what I was getting into sooner.
