Would do it again, mostly one-time setup
When I went through the onboarding with WFHI, the major part of the setup involved configuring the calling tools and accessing the database feature—both were largely one-off tasks. I appreciated that after the initial setup, ongoing use didn’t require much intervention from support, except for occasional questions. The automatic updates rolled out without interruption, so I didn't have to manually check or install anything. Invoicing and payment were straightforward from the start, and I didn’t face challenges there. The telephonic support was mainly useful at the beginning to clarify setup steps, and afterward, it wasn’t needed often. Overall, the communication was consistent and clear. I found that the WFHI software became part of my routine quickly, allowing me to focus on my workflow rather than troubleshooting. Reflecting on the experience, I would choose WFHI again because the onboarding was mostly one-time with minimal ongoing adjustments, which suits me well. The balance between setup effort and ongoing ease made the process smooth. No repeated complications emerged, which I found helpful. In summary, the experience was efficient in setup and maintenance, making future use something I would commit to again without hesitation.
