I would say if I need help again next time, I won't hesitate to call. The telephonic support was responsive and mostly clear, which made explaining my issues easier. They guided me through some of the more confusing bits of the software, especially with setting up the database features that I struggled to get at first. My one small critique is that sometimes the explanations felt a bit rushed on the calls, which made me pause and ask them to slow down or repeat. Despite that, the overall communication was comforting and reliable. The onboarding flow and training that followed helped a lot in ironing out the initial questions I had, so by the time I was reaching out to support, I was mostly tweaking smaller settings.
