Finding what I needed in the billing and payments section was overall pretty straightforward. The software’s layout made it easy to navigate the invoice records and payment history without feeling lost or overwhelmed. I especially liked how automatic updates didn’t disrupt access to previous invoices or cause any unexpected errors. The dialer and calling tools are also integrated in a way that made workflow smoother so that the whole experience didn’t feel like a chore but more like an efficient process. There was just one small reservation: a couple of payment receipts took a little longer to appear than I expected, which was a little inconvenient when I was double-checking my records. Still, the support team was helpful when I reached out, and their responses were timely. Taking everything into account, I would definitely opt to use this software again for handling billing and payments because it balances easiness with reliable features quite well.
