I tried out the WFHI training and onboarding to get used to their remote workflow software. Honestly, setting up everything and getting started was a bit longer than I expected, maybe because I’m not super tech-savvy. The training covered quite a lot and felt well structured, but absorbing all that information took some time. I appreciated how they walked me through using the database and the calling tools, which was helpful. The dialer worked smoothly during my days of testing and helped me understand daily operations better. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward too, which always makes the start less stressful. There was only one small issue: the automatic updates sometimes happened right when I was in the middle of something, and that threw me off a little. Still, overall it was a clear experience. I think, despite the slight delay, I'd use WFHI again just because the onboarding gave me enough confidence in their software.
