When I first got started with WFHI, what struck me was how the setup felt mostly like a one-time mountain to climb rather than a recurring hurdle. The initial signing up and invoicing process was straightforward enough, which made the beginning less painful. As I moved on to setting up the database and getting the dialer tools working, I realized the bulk of the work was upfront. Yes, during the week, the automatic updates kicked in and enhanced some features without me needing to do anything, which was really handy. Telephonic support was available whenever I got stuck, and I valued that ongoing assistance, but it wasn’t something I had to depend on every day. I liked that once I understood the workflow, most things clicked and ran smoothly. If someone had asked me after that first daunting day whether I’d do it again, I’d have said yes without a second thought. All that initial effort seemed to pay off with less hassle down the road. So yeah, I think the balance between setup and ongoing support is pretty well struck here, and that’s why I’d go down this route again for remote workflows.
