Would definitely do the onboarding again, easy and quick
The training and onboarding took less time than I expected, which was awesome. There weren’t many breaks or complicated pauses, so the whole process felt smooth and continuous. I liked how they went over key points repeatedly but without making it drag. It was enough to get me familiar with the software without feeling bored or overwhelmed. Waiting wasn’t really an issue since everything was paced nicely, and the trainers were clear and to the point. I’d happily do this onboarding again if given the chance because everything just made sense right away. The clarity of instructions and the practical examples helped me grasp the workflow pretty quickly. This made me confident about using the calling tools and database features. Overall, the training was efficient and user-friendly, which isn’t something you get every time. I feel ready to keep using the software and improve my routines, thanks to this onboarding experience. So yes, without a doubt, I’d go through it again.
