I found the training and onboarding process fairly straightforward. When I first started going through the material, some parts were a bit dense, especially around setting up the database and understanding the dialer tool, which took some focus. On the other hand, the software’s design helped me locate the sections I needed without a ton of searching, which made the experience less frustrating. I did notice some small hiccups where I had to revisit earlier steps to understand how the updates affected my workflow. But overall, the training materials were comprehensive enough to get me up and running reasonably quickly. Considering the effort required, I would definitely do this again if I had to. It gave me a clear idea of how to manage the calling tools and how to maintain my workflow using the database feature. Even if there were a few slow moments in support responses, I felt well-equipped to use the software independently after completing the onboarding. So, yes, I would say it was a valuable orientation that I could lean on again if needed.
