Would definitely consider doing it again after reflection
After spending some time with WFHI's software and services, I realize that finding what I needed was generally smooth once the initial confusion passed. At first, the database options seemed a bit scattered which made locating particular features a little slow. However, as I used the dialer and calling tools more throughout the weeks, I adapted to the platform’s design and navigation became easier. The onboarding training proved helpful in understanding the setup, though some steps could be clearer. Billing and invoicing were straightforward, with timely delivery and simple payment processing. Telephonic support was responsive, although I only needed to call on a couple of occasions. Reflecting on the whole experience, I appreciate the mix of software and training that aimed to get me running efficiently in remote workflows. I would likely consider purchasing WFHI's product again if the need arose, bearing in mind its benefits and minor challenges I faced. Overall, the product met my expectations but with room for small improvements, especially in making feature discovery more intuitive.
