Would consider using support again despite some frustrations
I found the telephonic support to be generally helpful though it wasn’t always easy to get through to the right person initially. The communication was professional, but I did have to explain my situation multiple times before the relevant guidance was provided, which made the process somewhat time-consuming. The agents were patient and knowledgeable once connected, and they helped me with navigating the database and dialing system effectively. However, the initial difficulty in finding precise assistance diminished my experience somewhat. Despite these drawbacks, considering the thoroughness of the support I finally received, I would probably use it again, but with an expectation of a bit more patience on my part during the initial contact phase.
