Would consider using support again despite some flaws
The support steps were organized fairly logically overall, with clear instructions at the start. Some sequences felt a bit out of sync, though, like switching between database assistance and dialing help without enough notice. It was a mild inconvenience but didn’t completely hinder my progress. The telephonic support was accessible and polite throughout, which I liked. Given this, if I faced similar needs in the future, I would consider reaching out again. The process isn't perfect, but it is serviceable enough to justify a repeat contact under comparable circumstances.
