Would consider signing up again despite unclear labeling
During the sales and pre-purchase phase, I found the wording and labels on the software interface to be somewhat ambiguous which caused initial confusion. The way some options were described didn't always correspond precisely to their functions, requiring extra effort on my part to clarify things via support calls. However, once I got accustomed to this, the rest of the process moved along at a good pace and the explanations started making more sense. The training materials helped somewhat but could improve the precision of terminology. Despite that minor issue, the sign-up and invoicing steps were straightforward and lacked unnecessary friction. The actual capabilities of the calling tools and database convince me this would be worth doing again, although I’d hope for clearer language next time around. Overall, I would recommend, knowing what to expect about labels and fine print in advance.
