I recently went through the billing process, and it was a bit mixed. Initially, there was an error with my invoice that took some time to resolve. However, when I contacted support, they were pretty helpful and fixed it quickly. Overall, it worked out, but I wish the initial process was smoother. I would consider using their services again, hoping for less hassle next time.
