Honestly, I’m quite glad I went through with buying the software, but I spend a lot of time figuring things out on my own. The sales process was not too pushy, which was refreshing. Still, I had to read through a bunch of info and experiment with the trial before understanding the full capabilities. The sign-up and invoicing were pretty standard, no hassle there. It’s just that none of the onboarding really walked me through the day-to-day tools in detail, so I learned a lot by trial and error. If you’re someone who likes a hands-on approach, you’ll be fine. I’m a bit tired of endlessly explaining it to friends because the info isn’t crystal clear upfront, but yes, I'd do it again since the tools do deliver when you get the hang of them.
