Would buy again, but much self-learning needed
The sales and pre-purchase stage was decent, but I found myself having to figure out quite a bit on my own after signing up. The onboarding flow covered the basics, yes, but when it came to setting up the dialer and syncing with the database, the documentation wasn’t as helpful as I hoped. I ended up spending time testing the calling tools myself and learning the software intricacies through trial rather than guided training. That said, once set up, the software functioned reliably and the automatic updates didn’t cause hassles. Billing and invoicing were straightforward, which I appreciated, and support was generally responsive if not always instantly available. So while the initial navigation required effort, I’d probably do it again because the core product meets my needs effectively. It’s just important to be prepared to troubleshoot independently during the early stages of use for best results.
