Worth the effort, but it wasn’t seamless

On the other hand, once the issue was addressed, the automatic updates kept my software running smoothly, and the daily operations felt stable. The sign-up and invoicing process were straightforward, which helped ease the initial onboarding stress. Although the training sessions clarified many aspects, I felt a bit overwhelmed by some of the jargon used initially, making me wish for more simplified guidance. Overall, it required patience and persistence on my part, but I appreciate the honest communication and eventual support. There was a tangible effort from their team that I recognize despite the bumps along the way.
