worth it although setup demands some time
After going through the sales and pre-purchase stage, it’s safe to say this WFHI product is worth the investment once you're past the initial setup. Most of the setup tasks, like importing data to the database and configuring the dialer to work with your workflows, are definitely one-off efforts but they do require some patience and dedicated time upfront. Once that’s done, the ongoing use and maintenance feel much lighter, with automatic updates handling most improvements seamlessly in the background, and telephonic support available though not always instantly. The payment and invoicing procedures were handled clearly and efficiently, which helped during the sign-up phase. Comparing that to other products I've seen, I appreciate how the longer one spends on the front end, the more hassle-free the rest becomes. My small reservation is that the upfront time drain can be discouraging if you're looking for an immediate, plug-and-play kind of solution, but for those willing to invest effort early on, the outcome is a service that supports remote work quite effectively.
