Works well with my hours but lacks some flexibility
The software mostly fits the hours I actually work, which helps a lot as I’m often juggling tasks at different times. The calling tools and dialer suit my workflow during office hours, and the database is accessible whenever needed. However, I noticed that automatic updates can sometimes slow down access momentarily, which disrupts a bit during my shorter work windows. Also, the software doesn’t yet offer extensive customization of work schedules or notifications outside core hours, which would help for some of my more variable or late-day shifts. Telephonic support is good and timely, but I would appreciate quicker assistance outside the typical business day. Overall, while it matches my working pattern well and continues to improve steadily, a bit more flexibility in software timing controls would complete the experience for me and allow for more seamless use around my actual work hours.
