works well with my flexible hours, mostly

So I decided to give it a try because my work hours are kind of all over the place and I wanted something that wouldn’t demand strict schedules or a one-size-fits-all approach. During signup the process was pretty smooth and I appreciated how the invoicing was clear and straightforward which really matters when you’re juggling your own finances. The dialer software worked well without hiccups, letting me make calls right when I needed without any annoying glitches or delays. Training modules were concise and didn’t take up more time than I wanted which was a relief. The only thing I’d mention is sometimes the automatic updates would pop up at weird hours and interrupt what I was doing, so a heads up or scheduling those might help. Other than that, the database interface fit nicely into how I keep track of contacts and follow-ups so I didn’t mind it. Support was easy to reach and answered my questions fairly quickly which made onboarding easier. All in all, it mostly fit the hours and lifestyle I’m working with now but there’s always room for a slight tweak or two.
