works well for beginners but advanced users might want some backup

From what I’ve tried so far the software is pretty straightforward especially for someone who is just starting out with remote workflows. The sign-up and onboarding were smooth enough, and the training made things easy to understand. I found that the calling tools and the dialer generally do their job without much fuss. Importing and managing contacts using the database was simpler than expected too. One thing to note is that if you’re someone who tends to tweak settings or use more advanced features, you might need help next time. The automatic updates changed the interface slightly and I had to reach out to support to get used to those new layouts. Support was friendly but it took some time to get through on the phone, so it’s not exactly instant. Still, for anyone starting out or with a moderate workflow, it’s fine. People looking for super fast or highly customizable tools might want to check if they’re comfortable troubleshooting a bit. Overall it worked well for my casual use, and I guess you’ll know if this fits based on how hands-on you want to be.
