Working out the ordering process took more effort than expected
When I first decided to get WFHI's software and training, I assumed the sign-up and payment process would be straightforward. But it turned out I had to figure out quite a bit on my own, especially regarding the invoice details and how to manage recurring payments. There was some help available, but mostly I had to learn by experimenting with the portal's options. That was fine in one way because it taught me the system step by step. On the other hand, I wish the initial guidance during the sales and pre-purchase steps had been clearer, perhaps with more proactive support or clearer documentation. The software itself worked well once I was up and running, and the training helped me understand how to use the dialer and database features. So ultimately, the effort was worth it, but if you don't want to spend much time on figuring things out yourself, this might be a bit frustrating. I appreciate both sides: some autonomy was good, but more hand-holding would have made the start easier.
