Working hours fit well with software usage, I’d probably do it again
Since I work varying hours, I was cautious about how the software would adapt to my actual schedule. During the sales discussion and onboarding, I was encouraged that the calling tools accommodated flexible hours reasonably well. I began by testing the dialer during my usual mid-morning slot and then extended to evening periods. The database worked smoothly for managing contacts across these hours, and the automatic updates never interfered with access or features. One small reservation was that sometimes a scheduled callback notification came slightly outside my active times, which was a bit inconvenient, though not a major problem. The sales team had explicitly asked about my schedule and tailored the setup accordingly, which I appreciated. After a week of use, I am confident that this software suits my workflow and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again given this positive alignment with my work rhythm. The process gave me enough insight from start to finish about its fit with my hours, making it a practical choice for flexible remote work environments like mine.
