Working hours coverage was lacking in parts

The training and onboarding provided by WFHI was informative and well-structured in many ways, but I did find that it did not entirely account for the variations in my working hours. The sessions focused mostly on standard office hours and typical workflows, leaving gaps when it came to night shifts or irregular schedules. This created difficulties in leveraging the database and the calling tools effectively during those periods. I attempted to raise this with support via their telephonic assistance, but sadly the feedback was limited, leaving me uncertain on how best to proceed in off-peak hours. It felt like the training was not fully customized for the diverse work patterns that individuals might have, especially those balancing other commitments. The invoicing process was transparent and well explained, and the initial sign-up was smooth, but the operational fit during my unusual hours was not as helpful as I needed. In all, while the package has merit, the lack of flexibility in training around actual working times was a notable drawback which I hoped would have been addressed better.
