Worked well for actual hours logged
The software fits the hours I actually work pretty well. I use it mainly during the standard office hours and it doesn’t glitch or log me out randomly, which is a relief. Access is reliable and I can manage my tasks without extra lag or downtime interfering. There was one time when I noticed some features were not entirely syncing with my local time, causing small confusion in schedule updates. But it was a minor issue that did not disrupt much. Otherwise, it integrates smoothly with my daily routine, allowing me to stay organized and track calls using the dialer with ease. I appreciate the simple onboarding process which got me in quickly and familiarized. The invoicing and dashboard reflect all activity cleanly and I didn’t find myself second-guessing the data shown. Updates happen automatically without interrupting my work flow, which is crucial for me. Overall, it fits the actual hours I work, and while not perfect, it does its job well enough. The software stays out of the way and supports my intended use without hassle. I might be a bit cautious about expecting too much customization, but it’s solid for regular hours.
