Worked okay for me but timing matched badly
When I first considered WFHI products, I was hopeful about fitting software and training into my actual working hours, which are quite irregular. The sales process was quite informative about the features, but they didn’t clearly explain how flexible the scheduling really was for training sessions or telephonic support calls. I realized quickly that the standard hours for live support and training sessions didn’t align well with my daily routine, which often started late and went into the evening. This mismatch caused some frustration because I couldn’t get help exactly when I needed it. On a more positive note, the sales staff was courteous and answered most of my questions openly, which showed me what the product involved before I bought in. Still, a little more emphasis on hour fitment during sale would be helpful for people like me. The software itself is solid and I could access features offline, but timing for active support feels rigid for anyone working odd hours. That put a damper on the whole experience though I admit the product’s potential is good with better timing.
