Worked myself more than the software did
Reflecting back, I realize I ended up figuring out a lot about this software on my own since the onboarding and training did not make things clear enough. The calling tools and dialer especially required trial and error to get even remotely comfortable. The database feature, which I expected to really simplify my process, proved confusing and cumbersome without sufficient guidance. Support was offered, but often felt like it came too late or didn’t address my issues thoroughly. Automatic updates sometimes created new problems rather than fixing existing ones, disrupting what small progress I had. Although the sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, getting actual functional use out of the software was a struggle. I had hoped the software would be more user-friendly and reliable from the start, but I found myself putting in more effort than anticipated. It’s frustrating when a tool supposed to help ends up adding to the workload. While there were moments where I saw potential, the overall experience left me disappointed because I had to work out too many things by myself.
