Worked Mostly Well But Had To Figure Out Dialer Setup Alone
I appreciated the availability of telephonic support when I first started with the platform. The onboarding training covered essentials like the database and calling tools, so I was able to follow along confidently. However, I found that the dialer setup wasn’t fully explained during training or in the documentation. I had to spend some time experimenting on my own to configure it correctly for my remote workflow. Despite this, the rest of the support experience was good—queries about payment and invoicing were answered promptly, which smoothed out those parts of the onboarding. The automatic updates worked seamlessly, meaning I didn’t have to worry about installing new versions manually, which was a relief. The calling tools themselves functioned reliably once I got them set up, making my remote work more manageable. Overall, the platform is solid, but the lack of direct guidance on the dialer setup means new users like me might face a steeper learning curve in that specific area, even with good support available otherwise.
