worked fine when things weren't broken
The sales process was pretty straightforward at first, and signing up was easy. But whenever something went wrong with payment or onboarding, the follow-up could be patchy. I mean, they fixed issues but sometimes it took extra calls and emails to get it sorted. The calling tools mostly worked fine day to day, which was good. Training covered basics well, though I wish the responses to glitches were a bit quicker. Invoice generation was mostly okay, apart from one occasion where I had to wait longer than expected. Despite all that, the support folks generally did their best when asked, and the automatic updates didn't cause much trouble. Overall, the experience was fine but could improve in handling the unexpected hiccups better. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but it’s not bad either.
