I was expecting the WFHI software and training to sync better with my actual work hours. Closer dekhne par pata chala ki jo dialer feature hai, wo thoda limited tha for my timings, especially late evenings. Jo database feature aur updates aaye, wo thik-thak support karte hain but the overall system thoda rigid laga for my flexible schedule. Training during sign-up phase was fine, lekin mujhe laga kuch aur customization hone chahiye tha mere kaam ke liye. Payment aur invoicing smooth se ho gai thi, ye positive side tha. Waiting time for telephonic support kabhi-kabhi jyada lagta hai, but generally they try to help. Thoda better matching system expected tha actual work slots ke hisaab se, isi wajah se overall experience mixed lagta hai.
