Work hours fit okay but surprised by some mismatched session times
My general experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding mostly matched the hours I usually work remotely, which helped me fit it into my busy day. The interactive sessions were scheduled at reasonable times and the software allowed some flexibility to engage in training materials when I was free. What I found surprising, though, was that certain live update notifications and telephonic support calls sometimes occurred outside my preferred working hours, which made it harder to fully integrate those moments into my routine. This small reservation aside, the training matched most of my actual hours well and the onboarding flow was logical and paced appropriately. The software’s automatic updates also didn’t interrupt my main work periods much. I felt the database feature was quite tailored to my needs and helped streamline daily tasks once I overcame initial learning curves. Overall, the balance of fit and surprise made me more conscious of planning around the tools’ timing quirks, which I hadn’t expected. But it’s not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of.
