Wording was confusing; I'd hesitate to do this again
The training and onboarding process generally covered all the necessary steps, but I found the wording and labels used in the software to be quite confusing at times. On one hand, the labels attempted to be straightforward but ended up being vague or technically jargon-filled. This made it harder to understand exactly what each step or module was about, which slowed me down while trying to move forward. On the other hand, I can see that they tried to keep the instructions concise. The support team was there when I called, but the initial complexity meant I often needed to double-check things. I appreciated the automatic updates that kept the software current, as well as the billing system being relatively clear. Still, the training experience felt less beginner-friendly than I expected. Because of this, if I were to consider purchasing such software again, I would carefully think about whether the labels and language would suit me better next time. At this point, I’m not sure I would go through the exact same process again without some improvements in clarity.
