Wording was confusing, but some support was helpful
After using the software for some time, I’ve had mixed feelings about the interface labels and wording. At first, I found a lot of the terms used in menus and buttons unclear, which made it hard to know exactly what some features were supposed to do. For example, the dialer and database sections seemed jumbled in naming, and I often had to guess what an option would affect. On the good side, when I reached out for telephonic support, the staff was patient and did their best to clarify things, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the inconsistent labeling remains a big frustration because I expected a more intuitive software. The onboarding was decent but didn’t fully prepare me for these quirks. Over time, I noticed automatic updates sometimes changed the layout or added features without much notice, adding to confusion instead of helping. Overall, the support was a positive in this experience while the confusing vocabulary was a negative that hampered my workflow significantly.
