Wording was confusing and unclear for what it promised

What surprised me most about the sales and pre-purchase information was how unclear and confusing the wording actually was. On paper, the labels and descriptions implied one thing but when using the software it didn’t match up well at all. For example, some functions described during sign-up were hard to find or simply didn’t behave as the initial notes suggested they would. It felt like the terms used were either too technical or vague, making it difficult to fully understand what I was actually getting. This wasn’t just a small detail because it affected how I could use the calling tools and the database effectively. Even the invoice and payment guides were not as user-friendly as I’d expect. Basically, I was misled by language that promised ease and clarity but delivered quite the opposite. I was expecting a straightforward and detailed explanation to help with the decision before purchase, not a puzzle that took extra time to navigate. So for me, the sales wording left a disappointing impression overall.
