Wording set me up for something clearer
Before purchasing, I expected the sales and pre-purchase explanations to be straightforward. Initially, the labels and wording seemed clear and left me confident about what I was signing up for. However, once I accessed the software and training, some terms felt ambiguous or overlapping, which caused minor confusion around features like the dialer and database functionalities. The training helped clear most of this up, but I was hoping for sharper distinctions earlier in the purchase flow. On the plus side, the invoicing process followed the anticipated schedule, and customer communications were mostly clear. So while the wording wasn’t as precise as expected, the product did deliver on its promises with only slight initial confusion. All in all, it met my expectations largely, just with one or two bumps from the wording choices that I wouldn’t ignore.
