Wording mostly clear but some labels left me guessing
Signing up and exploring the sales and pre-purchase aspects of WFHI was mostly straightforward, though some of the wording and labels on the dashboard left me second-guessing their exact meaning. When I first encountered the service options, I expected clearer descriptions for features like the database management and automatic update settings. The labels were somewhat generic, so I had to refer back to the training materials multiple times to confirm my interpretations. The call and dialer tool sections were better labeled, which helped me work through their setup with confidence. Throughout the sign-up and invoicing process, the terminology made sense overall, but I felt that more descriptive wording upfront during sales would have saved me time from double-checking later on. I also appreciated the telephonic support I accessed to clarify a few of these points, which was helpful in tuning my understanding. So while the terms mostly aligned with what I thought, the occasional vagueness in labels made me approach some steps cautiously. I hope the WFHI team continues to refine the wording to make it more intuitive for first-time buyers like me in the future.
