Wording confused me more than it helped
What stood out most during the training and onboarding was how much the wording and labels felt off. The instructions often used terms that seemed inconsistent with the actual software layout, which made navigating the early setup pretty frustrating. For example, the database feature was referred to using one phrase in the tutorial videos but appeared under a different name in the interface itself. This disconnect forced me to spend extra time guessing or double-checking through support calls. On the other hand, I can say the step-by-step structure of the training modules was well paced; it didn't rush, which I appreciated. But that benefit was shadowed by the confusion caused by mismatched terminology. I wanted to set up my call lists and get the dialer running smoothly, but kept hesitating because I wasn’t entirely sure if I was clicking the right options. Clearer, more consistent wording across training materials and software would have vastly improved the experience. As it stands, it added stress rather than clarity.
