Wording clear sometimes, confusing at other times

The sales materials and labels mostly made sense when I was exploring the software before purchase. I appreciated the clear descriptions of features and what the training covered. But some of the terminology used in the dashboard was inconsistent and felt confusing, making it harder to know exactly what I was signing up for without guesswork. For example, different parts of the software referred to similar features with slightly different names. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but a more uniform approach would definitely have helped reduce uncertainty and hesitation around what I was actually getting with this product.
