Wording clarity missing for smooth onboarding

I tried following the training modules provided by WFHI to get the software up and running, but honestly, the labels and wording used throughout the onboarding process did not make much sense to me. There were a lot of terms that felt ambiguous or too technical without enough context, so it was hard to figure out exactly what steps I needed to complete next. For example, the database setup instructions used jargon that wasn’t explained, leading me to waste time going back and forth to understand them. Since the training is supposed to help users get started smoothly, it felt like an important piece was missing. The calling tools and dialer interface also had buttons with unclear labels, which frustrated me during everyday use. Overall, the practical aspect of training felt incomplete because the wording wasn't designed well for easy comprehension, so I struggled to do the job properly after onboarding.
