Wording clarity in sales was the strong point
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase stage, I realize the most significant aspect that went well was the clarity of the wording and labels. When first browsing options before signing up, the descriptions used were simple, making it easy to understand what services were offered, even if I wasn't deeply familiar with remote workflow software. This clarity helped me confidently decide to proceed. In contrast, some of the training labels and in-software phrases later on were less precise, leading to mild confusion during early use. Even so, the initial sales experience stayed with me as a positive reference point. Now, after all this time, I see how important that first impression of straightforward language was in shaping my decision.
