Wording and labels required some effort to get used to
At first, I found WFHI’s support and communications quite confusing because the labels and wording used in the software didn’t always line up with the terms I expected. For instance, the dialer and database sections were sometimes labeled in ways that didn’t seem intuitive, so it took a couple of tries to understand what each part really did. That meant when I contacted support, I had to carefully describe what feature I was talking about, which took more time. However, I can see why they might have chosen some labels based on the technical workflow, and once I spent the effort to get familiar, it wasn’t so bad. So, while it took some patience and persistence, I think the communication is clear enough once you break through the initial learning curve.
