Wording and labels left a lot to be desired

Honestly, the training and onboarding experience was frustrating because the labels and wording felt off. Many of the menus and instructions didn’t use terms I could relate to, so I spent extra time trying to guess what things meant. The dialer interface had confusing button names that made me hesitate before calling anyone. When the database feature popped up, the labels weren’t intuitive at all, making it tricky to organize information. I had hoped the training documentation would clarify these points, but it didn’t do a great job at explaining the terminology. Because of this, I ended up calling support several times just to ask for simple clarifications that ideally the onboarding should have covered properly. It felt like important details were missing, which slowed down my start with the software and made me question if I had signed up for the right product. At least the payment and sign-up process were straightforward, but that didn’t offset the rest of the confusion.
