Wording and labels had clear pros and cons
During the training and onboarding, I noticed the wording used for the modules was sometimes clear, while in other areas it lacked clarity. Labels on the database and call setup pages made sense immediately, which helped me navigate those parts effectively. However, the descriptions in training materials about automatic updates were confusing and felt too generic. The trial exercises used understandable terms, but transitioning to the actual software interface revealed inconsistencies in how some options were named. This mismatch sometimes slowed me down, as I had to guess what the software expected. On the positive side, the sign-up and invoicing instructions were straightforward and consistent throughout. This mix of effective and less clear wording means the learning curve could be either smooth or frustrating depending on which segment users encounter first. Overall, the good labels balanced out the less intuitive wording, but improvements would be welcome.
