Won't use this again, way behind what I’ve tried before
I bought the service expecting something similar to better tools I'd used before but was quickly disappointed. The sign-up process was confusing with unclear invoicing steps. I kept waiting for software features to work as smoothly as promised but calling tools were clunky and often froze my system, unlike previous smoother experiences. The database was very limited and updating it took too long. Their so-called automatic updates hardly made a difference and seemed to cause more bugs. Support was mostly unreachable or unhelpful when I finally got through, making the whole experience frustrating. The sales pitch didn’t match the reality at all. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this service considering there are better options out there with faster and clearer workflows. Overall a disappointment and a waste of time compared to what I already know.
