I was honestly quite frustrated with the support communication here. After signing up, every time I reached out, I had to explain my issue repeatedly to different people. That back-and-forth took far too much time, and I was stuck waiting for answers that sometimes never came promptly. It slowed down my whole onboarding and made me question whether the service was worth it. Trying to get help by phone felt like a maze where I kept getting put on hold or transferred without resolution. The experience was tiring and didn’t inspire confidence. I’d hesitate to use this service again given how much repetition and waiting was involved with support.
