Won't be trying this again due to constant uncertainty
I regret to say that my experience with the WFHI support and communication channels left me quite doubtful and uneasy by the end. Throughout my usage, I often found it challenging to get clear and definitive answers when I contacted support for help. While they did respond, their explanations were sometimes vague and did not fully resolve my concerns. This lack of confidence grew as I encountered recurring technical issues that were not effectively addressed despite multiple calls. Overall, this experience has diminished my trust in the reliability and responsiveness of the support system here. Given these factors, I do not believe I will engage with WFHI products or services again, as I prioritize solutions where communication and assistance ensure a smooth user journey. I truly expected clearer guidance, and it’s disappointing when the support doesn’t back up the software promises.
