Won't be reaching out again, support fell short
To be honest, I can’t say I’d want to rely on support again next time I use this software. While the sign-up and payment processes were clear and smooth, the telephonic support didn’t really do the job for me. Whenever I faced issues with the calling tools or database features, I found myself on hold for a long time or getting vague answers that didn’t actually fix anything. Automatic updates sometimes made changes without warning, causing more confusion rather than help, and support didn’t proactively guide me through those changes. Repeated calls to the helpline didn’t build much confidence either, as the problem often persisted despite their attempts. For someone who values quick, effective help, this service just didn’t meet the mark. I’d probably look elsewhere next time rather than depend on support here again.
