Won’t be coming back for this again
Honestly, I don't think I'll use this service next time. The whole sales and pre-purchase process was more complicated than I expected. I tried signing up and was hoping the onboarding and training would be smooth, but there were too many unclear steps. The software interface feels clunky, and it wasn’t easy to figure out how to use the calling and dialer tools properly on my own. The database features didn't seem integrated well for what I needed. Also, the invoicing process was confusing — I wasn’t sure if I had completed all the payment steps. I reached out to support, and while they were friendly, it took longer than I think reasonable to get simple answers. Overall, it just felt like extra work rather than help. I hoped the system would be more intuitive, but it just wasn’t the case. So I think I’m done with it for now, won’t be going through all this again.
